An Important Message to Our Valued Customers

Due to the continued rise in the cost of goods and the increasing expenses of operating a restaurant, I have reached a point where I can no longer offer certain high-cost, low-profit-margin menu items on a regular basis.

After 42 years of offering fine dining, it truly breaks my heart to make changes to the dining experience so many of you have come to know and love. I have worked hard to maintain our traditional dining menu, but with the rising costs of food, payroll, utilities, insurance, and other operating expenses, I have reached a point where I can no longer make it work as it has in the past.

Moving forward, we will be offering a comfort food menu on Thursday and Friday evenings, along with our short-order menu on both nights.

I want you to know that this decision has not been an easy one. I have a deep love for fine dining, and after 42 years, changing that format is truly heartbreaking. However, we must make adjustments to continue serving our customers and keeping our doors open.

We also plan to periodically offer special, limited-quantity dinners featuring favorites such as prime rib, crab cakes, and scallops. These special meals will be available through advance ticket sales, allowing us to price them fairly to cover the rising costs of these premium ingredients while continuing to offer the quality you expect from us.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding, loyalty, and support. Please think of us when making your dinner plans. Every visit, every meal, and every bit of support makes a difference to our business.
